Duties

- Perform accurate cash handling and cashiering duties, including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing while maintaining strict security protocols
- Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting clients warmly, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly
- Assist customers with account services such as opening new accounts, updating information, and providing product information to support their financial goals
- Promote and upsell bank products and services tailored to customer needs, enhancing their banking experience and increasing branch revenue
- Manage cash flow efficiently through cash management procedures, balancing tills at shift start and end times
- Conduct routine cash reconciliations and ensure compliance with all security policies during transactions




- Support team efforts by participating in branch activities, maintaining a welcoming environment, and contributing to a team-oriented workplace culture
- Able to read and write Mandarin (Simplify)
- Bachelor Degree

Experience

- Prior experience in customer service or sales within the financial services industry is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Strong math skills with the ability to perform quick calculations accurately during transactions
- Demonstrated ability to handle cash confidently while adhering to security standards
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor that fosters trust and rapport with customers
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a busy environment while maintaining attention to detail
- A proactive attitude toward upselling products and identifying customer needs to enhance their banking experience
