About Us:

Trees & Beyond is a family-run tree service based in Saint-Lazare with over 20 years of industry experience. We are fully insured ($2M liability) and CNESST compliant, prioritizing a safe and professional work environment. We pride ourselves on running one of the best-equipped tree services in the region. You won't be climbing dead ash trees with a hand saw here—we invest in our team's safety and efficiency.

The Role:

- Technical Execution: Perform high-level technical pruning, canopy assessments, and complex hazard tree removals.
- Advanced Machinery: Utilize our 82ft spider lift for safe, efficient canopy access.
- Team Coordination: Work in tandem with our Manulift Merlo Roto operator (using the WoodCracker grapple saw) for highly technical, zero-impact takedowns.
- Site Leadership: Ensure CNESST safety protocols are strictly followed on-site and mentor ground crew members.
- Quality Control: Guarantee clean, respectful job sites that align with our standard of customer satisfaction.

What We Are Looking For (Requirements):

- ISA Certification: Valid International Society of Arboriculture (ISA) Arborist Certification is required.
- Experience: Proven, extensive experience in technical climbing, rigging,



and large-scale tree removal.
- Licensing: Valid driver’s license (Class 3 is a major asset for moving heavy equipment).
- Professionalism: A deep understanding of tree biology, proper pruning techniques, and a commitment to safe work practices.
