Service Advisor, Wilson Chevrolet Buick GMC
Wilson Chevrolet is currently seeking an enthusiastic, motivated, and customer-oriented individual to join our Service Department as a Service Advisor.
As the connection between our customers and service team, the ideal candidate is organized, personable, and committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
What We're Looking For
- Outgoing personality with strong people skills
- Previous automotive service advising experience preferred
- Ford dealership experience considered an asset; however, we are willing to train the right candidate
- Bilingual in English and French considered an asset
- Solid communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Organized, motivated, and detail-oriented
- Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize
- Goal-oriented with a commitment to customer satisfaction
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers as they arrive at the dealership
- Identify customer needs and prepare repair orders
- Review vehicle history and mileage to recommend maintenance services
- Communicate with the service and parts departments to ensure timely vehicle completion
- Keep customers informed throughout the repair process, including additional recommendations and updates
- Process and close repair orders accurately
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction while supporting dealership goals
- Adapt to changing priorities and deadlines as required

Compensation
- $40,000.00 up to $70,000.00 based on experience, qualifications and bonus structure.
