Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista to join our vibrant team. As a Barista, you will play a crucial role in creating an exceptional experience for our customers by preparing high-quality beverages and providing outstanding service. You will work in a fast-paced environment where your skills in food handling, cash handling, and customer service will shine. If you have a love for coffee and enjoy working with people, this position is perfect for you.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and other beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process customer orders and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace, ensuring compliance with food safety standards.
- Assist in food preparation as needed, including pastries and snacks, while adhering to food handling guidelines.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service without compromising quality.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive work environment and support each other during peak hours.




- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in the food industry or food service is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with POS systems and cashiering practices is beneficial.
- Solid math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling.
- Excellent time management skills to thrive in a quick-paced environment.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and passion for delivering outstanding service are essential.
- Russian and Ukrainian language skills are considered an asset.

- Flexible availability is required.
- Candidates must be available to work opening, daytime, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.
- Opening shifts may begin as early as 8:30 AM.
- Closing shifts may end as late as 18:30 PM.
