Job Summary

Our client is seeking a motivated and skilled Welder/Fitter to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for fabricating, assembling, and installing metal components with precision and efficiency. Your expertise in welding techniques, mechanical knowledge, and ability to interpret blueprints will ensure the highest quality standards are met. Responsibilities

- Read and interpret detailed blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately assemble components.
- Perform MIG (Metal Inert Gas) and TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) welding to join metal parts securely while adhering to safety standards.
- Use hand tools, power tools, calipers, and machining equipment such as press brake machines and plasma cutters to shape and fabricate materials.
- Measure dimensions precisely with calipers and other measuring devices to ensure parts meet specifications.
- Apply basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and adjustments during fabrication processes.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all safety protocols are followed during welding, cutting, or assembly tasks.

Day shift 7am to 4pm ,



then will move to an afternoon shift

Experience

- Proven experience in welding (MIG and TIG) within manufacturing, construction, or industrial environments.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in rigging, machining, or assembly work.
- Familiarity with blueprint reading, schematics, and technical drawings essential for precise fabrication.
- Previous construction experience or working knowledge of schematics enhances your fit for this role.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced setting while maintaining high-quality standards.

Pay: $27.00-$30.00 per hour
