As a Beauty Sales Associate, you’ll play a key role in delivering a standout in-store experience. You’re not just selling products—you’re guiding customers, sharing knowledge, and helping them discover routines and looks that truly work for them.

What You’ll Do

- Create a welcoming, inclusive environment where every customer feels valued
- Support in-store events, promotions, and product launches with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Build strong customer relationships that encourage repeat visits and long-term loyalty
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations by understanding each customer’s goals and recommending tailored solutions
- Demonstrate product application techniques and share practical skincare and makeup tips
- Handle POS transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic store environment, including product displays and tester stations
- Collaborate with team members to create a supportive, high-energy work environment
- Take initiative and support team members
- Stay informed on emerging beauty trends, viral products, and new brand launches
- All other duties assigned





What We’re Looking For

- Experience in retail or customer-facing roles (beauty experience is a plus!)
- True passion for beauty, skincare, and customer care
- Friendly, approachable, and strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced setting
- Resilient, adaptable, and solution-focused
- Flexible availability (evenings, weekends, and peak times)
- Reliable attendance and teamwork spirit
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Bonus: Fluency in an additional language (Korean, Japanese, Mandarin, Cantonese, etc.)
