Overview

We are seeking a licensed Physiotherapist to join our growing multidisciplinary clinic.

This position is initially offered as a locum to cover an existing schedule, with the opportunity to transition into a part time role working Tuesdays and Thursdays

In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering high-quality patient care across various settings, including hospitals and outpatient clinics. Your expertise will help patients regain mobility, reduce pain, and improve their overall well-being through personalized treatment plans. This position offers a flexible schedule, allowing you to make a meaningful impact while balancing your professional and personal commitments.

Responsibilities

- Assess patients’ physical conditions through detailed evaluations and medical history reviews
- Develop and implement tailored treatment plans to meet individual patient needs
- Provide hands-on therapy sessions, including manual therapy, exercises, and modalities
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly
- Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, rehabilitation exercises,



and health maintenance
- Document all patient interactions accurately in compliance with healthcare regulations
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care and optimal recovery outcomes

Experience

- Proven hospital experience with exposure to diverse clinical cases
- Prior experience working in acute care environments is highly desirable
- Background in pediatrics, demonstrating comfort with treating children and adolescents
- Strong patient care skills with a compassionate approach to diverse populations
- Knowledge of medical terminology relevant to physiotherapy practices is essential
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced settings while maintaining attention to detail
