Position: Ping AM Senior Consultant
Location: Toronto, ON
Mode of Work: Hybrid (2-3 Days a week as per client requirement)

This job posting is for an existing, active vacancy and we are looking to hire a Ping AM Senior Consultant.

Summary:

We are looking for a skilled CIAM professional with strong expertise in Ping Identity and modern customer identity platforms to lead design, development, and implementation of CIAM solutions, along with driving architecture and migration strategies.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- CIAM development and implementation
- Design of customer lifecycle use cases
- Document architecture decisions and collaborate with security stakeholders
- Work closely with Solution Architects to define CIAM architecture
- Establish CIAM platform across on-premises and cloud environments
- Develop detailed design documents in collaboration with architects and security advisors
- Integrate customer applications with CIAM platform
- Architect and lead migration from legacy identity platforms to up-to-date CIAM platforms

- Experience working with Ping AM, Ping IDM,



Ping DS or equivalent CIAM products
- Hands-on experience across CIAM lifecycle phases (Design, Development, Testing)
- Ping One Saas is preferable
- 8+ years of experience in identity programs, including 3+ years in a lead/architect role
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in CIAM solution design, development, and implementation
- Strong expertise in Adaptive MFA, OAuth2.0, SAML, OpenID, and FIDO
- Experience with Risk-Based Authentication and fraud prevention techniques
- Experience designing/configuring leading CIAM platforms such as Auth0, Azure B2C, ForgeRock
- Prior experience in customer data migration strategies
- Strong understanding of web protocols: XML, SOAP, JSON, REST
- Knowledge of software security practices and Agile methodology
- Familiarity with industry standards such as NIST, DIACCC
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience
