Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front End Associate. As a Front End Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced retail environment.

Duties:
- Greet customers with a warm and friendly attitude
- Assist customers with their purchases and provide product recommendations
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently
- Handle cash transactions and maintain an accurate cash drawer
- Process returns and exchanges in accordance with company policies
- Maintain a clean and organized front end area
- Answer phone calls and assist customers with inquiries
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in operating a POS system and handling cash transactions




- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills in English
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
