Responsibilities
- Identify and contact potential customers.
- Follow up with leads by phone, email, text, and in person.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Present products clearly and answer customer questions.
- Prepare quotes and assist with order processing.
- Track sales opportunities and maintain customer records.
- Work closely with warehouse and operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and promptly.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous sales experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Comfortable using email, phone,
messaging apps, and CRM or spreadsheet tools.
- Bilingual ability is an asset.
- Experience in building materials, stone, kitchen, construction, or wholesale is an asset.
