· Organizes and keeps showroom clean.

· Ensure all coffee, water and drinks for clients are fully stocked.

· Provides customer service for walk-in, phone-in and email customers.

· Performs blueprint project take-offs for sales team as needed – approx. 30 per month

· Deliver samples to clients and designers as needed.

· Follow up on quotes – weekly

· Sales reports filled in weekly and submitted at Tuesday sales meetings.

· Attends site meetings/pre-safety/start up meetings when necessary.

· Help clients with selections, takes customers through slab forest when necessary.

· Understand and have the ability to explain the difference between type of materials available.

· Answering phones (assisting) when necessary.

· Following up post install over the phone or email.

· Shows clients the differences of all edge profile options available.





· Keep in good communication with clients through emails and phone calls.

· Reviewing project invoices for controller.

· Write up jobs on Pacific Stone software and excel when necessary.

· Put together template packages when necessary, including coordinating sink, Faucet and stove specifications.

· Working evenings and weekends as required.

· Filing of project files

· Assist with client layouts on slabs.

· Abides by Pacific Stone approved style guide.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: $22.00-$26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
