Overview
We are seeking a friendly and attentive Server to join our dynamic restaurant team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional guest service, ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met, and contribute to a welcoming dining environment. This role offers an opportunity to develop hospitality skills and gain valuable experience in the food service industry.

Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and take their orders accurately using POS systems such as Micros POS
- Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining presentation standards
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling duties
- Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and food safety procedures are followed at all times
- Assist in food preparation and kitchen tasks as needed to support team operations
- Manage time efficiently during busy service hours to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, service stations, and dining areas in compliance with sanitation standards




- Provide excellent guest services by addressing customer needs and resolving issues professionally

Skills

- Experience with POS systems, especially Micros POS, is preferred
- Robust customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to multitask effectively with excellent time management skills during high-volume periods
- Basic math skills for cashiering, billing, and upselling techniques
- Previous restaurant or food industry experience is a plus, including serving and food preparation roles
- Familiarity with kitchen operations and food industry standards is advantageous
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor to create a welcoming environment for guests
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
