Overview
The Front of House (FOH) Manager is responsible for leading, motivating, and supporting our team to deliver outstanding guest experiences. This position oversees all aspects of front-of-house operations, including staff supervision, guest relations, and service quality.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise, train, and motivate servers, hosts, Expo, and bartenders.
- Ensure consistent, high-quality guest service and satisfaction.
- Manage daily floor operations and support the team during busy periods.
- Handle customer concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Monitor inventory and assist with ordering supplies.
- Support scheduling and labor management to meet budget goals.
- Work closely with kitchen and management teams to maintain smooth operations.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

Experience





- Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the food service industry.
- Strong supervisory experience with demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Previous experience as a bartender and serving roles.
- Familiarity with food preparation, cooking techniques, and food handling practices.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to resolve conflicts effectively.
- Knowledge of cash handling procedures and experience using POS systems
- Background in hospitality or hotel management is a plus.

Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
