Retail Store Manager

- In the capacity of the Store Manager, your role will be that of a leader overseeing and coordinating the daily activities of the store. Your primary objectives will include devising plans to enhance customer service, boost store sales, enhance profitability, implement marketing strategies, and promotional initiatives aimed at increasing sales and expanding our current customer base. You will also be responsible for upholding stringent store standards, nurturing a positive work environment, predicting staffing requirements, and formulating a recruitment strategy. Furthermore, the Store Manager will be instrumental in building a diverse team, which includes associates and keyholders, and guiding them towards achieving their individual career aspirations as well as the company’s overarching objectives.

Requirement for job

- You must have at least a High School Diploma or an equivalent qualification.

- A minimum of 5 years of retail experience in a management or supervisory role is necessary.

- Experience in overseeing individual contributors and managing a department,



or having served as a lead, is essential.

- You should possess robust problem-solving abilities, capable of addressing technical, operational, and organizational issues and making decisions that influence the store’s financial performance, efficiency, and overall effectiveness.

- Proficiency in operating a Point of Sales (POS) system and various software packages is required.
