Meadowfresh Dairy Corporation is a relationship-focused dairy cooperative, operating since 1991 to support producers in British Columbia's world-class dairy industry. They produce, package, and distribute a wide variety of dairy products to Western Canada, and are a proud part of the AgriFoods Cooperative that has over 2700 members.

They are seeking a Millwright / Electrician to join their growing maintenance team in Port Coquitlam, BC. This is an excellent prospect for a dual-ticketed professional to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment where safety, quality, and continuous improvement are top priorities.

In this role, you'll be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial production equipment to keep operations running efficiently. This is a 40-hour per week afternoon shift (2:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.), with flexibility required and occasional Saturday preventative maintenance.

The successful candidate will hold Red Seal Millwright and Electrician certifications and have 3–5 years of industrial maintenance experience. Strong electrical troubleshooting skills, experience with industrial machinery, and the ability to read blueprints and schematics are essential.

How You'll Move the Needle

- Install, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair industrial machinery and production equipment.
- Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and schematic drawings.
- Inspect equipment to identify malfunctions and complete repairs.
- Install, align, dismantle,



and move industrial machinery.
- Repair and maintain hydraulic, pneumatic, vacuum, power transmission, and PLC systems.
- Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, cleaning, and lubrication.
- Operate hoisting equipment, machine tools, and fabrication equipment as required.
- Fabricate and assemble machinery components using hand and power tools.
- Maintain a safe work environment and complete other maintenance duties as assigned.

What You Need to Succeed
We are looking for a candidate that demonstrates the following abilities and traits:

- Red Seal Millwright and Electrician certifications.
- 3–5 years of industrial maintenance experience.
- Strong electrical diagnostics and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience maintaining industrial production equipment.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and power transmission systems.
- Strong communication, computer, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to lift up to 23 kg and work safely in a fast-paced environment.

What Would Give You an Edge

- PLC troubleshooting and programming experience.
- HMI experience.
- Food manufacturing experience.
- TIG welding or fabrication experience.
- Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma experience.

Compensation & Schedule

- $32.00–$40.00 per hour.
- Monday to Friday, 2:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.
- Saturday preventative maintenance as required.
