NNC Immigration is a licensed RCIC-IRB practice based in Brampton, Ontario. We are seeking an experienced Immigration Case Processor with a proven track record in temporary residence, permanent residence, and family sponsorship files. This is a quick-paced, in-office role for someone who takes ownership of their cases and communicates professionally with clients.
Responsibilities
- Case Management: Handle temporary residence and permanent residence files from intake to decision — organizing files, meeting deadlines, and updating case statuses with IRCC.
- Client Communication: Maintain open lines of communication with clients via email, phone, and in-person meetings to provide clear and timely updates.
- Document Preparation: Draft submissions, prepare supporting documents, respond to Requests for Additional Documents/Information, and generate status reports.
- Case Support: Compile case summaries, manage ATIP requests, and organize materials for internal case reviews.
- Legal Research: Stay current on changes in immigration law and processing systems; create internal guides, comparison charts, and client-facing resources.
- Financial Admin: Verify outstanding balances and collaborate on billing with the internal team.
Who We're Looking For
- 1–2 years of Canadian immigration case processing experience (required)
- Hands-on experience with Express Entry,
PNP, temporary residence(SOWP,PGWP,VISITOR RECORD and others), and family/spousal sponsorships
- CLB 8 English — required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to follow through on client commitments
- Proficiency in case management software
- Genuine passion for immigration law and the ability to problem-solve common client challenges
- Exceptional organizational skills — able to manage multiple active files simultaneously
- Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
