Responsibilities

- Prepare and assemble food items quickly and accurately according to established standards, ensuring quality and presentation.
- Greet customers warmly, take their orders, and provide excellent customer service with a positive attitude.
- Operate the POS system, including Micros POS, to process transactions accurately and efficiently while handling cash and credit payments.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, utensils, and equipment in compliance with food safety regulations.
- Upsell menu items by recommending popular or new products to enhance customer experience and increase sales.




- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service and minimize wait times.
- Follow all food handling procedures, safety protocols, and sanitation standards to ensure a protected environment for both staff and guests.

Requirements

- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm to learn is essential.
- Familiarity with POS systems, especially Micros POS or similar platforms, is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and courteously.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, giving correct change, and processing transactions accurately.
- Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
- Kitchen or food industry experience is advantageous but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates.
