The Labourer is responsible for performing a variety of physical tasks to support landscaping and maintenance projects. This role involves working on residential and commercial sites, with duties including placing and grading topsoil, laying sod, planting, mowing, and site cleanup. Key Responsibilities
- Place and rake topsoil to grade, ensuring proper preparation for planting.
- Plant sod, shrubs, and trees in accordance with project specifications.
- Mow, trim, power rake, and aerate grass to maintain a neat and qualified appearance.
- Clean up project sites, removing debris and ensuring a protected and tidy setting.
- Actively participate in the company's Health & Safety Program.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and practices, ensuring a secure working environment for all team members.
- Operate tools and equipment safely and responsibly.
- Perform duties in various environments, including residential and commercial sites.
- Work outdoors in varying weather conditions and on uneven terrain.
