Legal Assistant/Law Clerk- $70K-$80K

- Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage and conduct new client calls and intakes and prepare Contingency Fee Agreements.
- Draft and prepare correspondence.
- Process production requests.
- Manage undertakings.
- Coordinate and schedule Examinations for Discovery and Mediations.
- Respond to client inquiries professionally and promptly.
- Organize and maintain client files to meet deadlines and ensure efficient case processing.
- Handle incoming mail and emails while managing the daily calendar.
- Perform other general administrative duties as needed.
- File Court Documents digitally.
- Hyperlink cases and documents for Court Filing.
- Qualifications:
- 5+ years of personal injury/litigation experience
- Primafact/ACL/Lexworkplace experience is an asset




- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills
- Responsive and proactive with ability to work both independently and in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
