Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled PROJECT CO-ORDINATOR to join our dynamic team at Marcotto Mechanical Contractors Inc. This role is essential in delivering high-quality installation, maintenance, and repair services for our clients' heating and cooling systems. Your expertise will contribute significantly to our mission of providing ultimate comfort and satisfaction.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Review all details, tender packages and construction documents.
- Must have Organizational Skills and be able to manage your time well
- Able to manage multiple projects of varying size and complexity at the same time
- Co-ordinate between all teams & suppliers
- Assist with regular job progress reports
- Ensure quality standards and project deadlines are met
- Maintain and organize all files
- Read and understand and apply Ontario building codes and CSA, ASHRAE and NFPA standards
- Team player and able to complete work independently
- Must be able to read and interpret drawings,
blueprints and equipment specification
- Maintain all required licenses and paperwork
- Punctual, Responsible, Dependable and have positive attitude towards work

Qualifications and Skills
· Must have a minimum of five (1 year experience of mechanical systems for commercial and residential)
· Superior computer skills including MS office, Excel, AutoCAD and other design tools
· Must be a team player with strong technical and communication skills. Must be fluent in English language. Excellent verbal and writing skills
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple projects within a fast-paced environment.
· Work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
· Strong knowledge of all mechanical systems from both the design and installation perspectives including HVAC systems, piping systems and plumbing systems
· Valid Ontario Driver’s License
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $40,000 plus based on experience
Pay: $40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
