Responsibilities

- Assemble, portion, package, and label meals and food products according to production schedules.

- Ensure product quality, accuracy, and proper packaging before shipment.

- Follow food safety standards, GMP, HACCP, allergen control, and sanitation procedures.

- Operate production equipment and safely handle materials and products.

- Replenish supplies, assist with line setup, and maintain an organized workstation.

- Complete production records and report quality or equipment issues.

- Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production targets.

- Follow all workplace health and safety policies and wear required PPE.

Qualifications

- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

- Previous experience in food manufacturing, catering,



commercial kitchens, or production is an asset.

- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation.

- Ability to read labels and production sheets.

- Basic math skills and attention to detail.

- Able to work independently and as part of a team.

- Reliable, punctual, and willing to work in a fast-paced workplace.

Physical Requirements

- Lift up to 60 lbs.

- Stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.

- Work in refrigerated environments (4–10°C).

- Bend, lift, push, pull, and move production materials safely.
