Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Window/Door Installer to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and restoring windows and doors in residential and commercial buildings. This role requires proficiency with various hand tools, carpentry skills, and the ability to interpret schematics and blueprints. The successful applicant will contribute to high-quality installations, ensuring customer satisfaction and safety standards are met throughout each project.

Responsibilities

- Install, replace, and repair windows and doors according to project specifications and schematics
- Use hand tools such as drills, saws, levels, and caulking guns to complete installations efficiently
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate installation
- Prepare work sites by removing old fixtures, framing openings, and ensuring surfaces are ready for new installations
- Apply caulking and sealants to ensure airtight and watertight finishes
- Perform restoration work including construction painting, plumbing adjustments, or minor carpentry as needed




- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines while maintaining safety standards
- Maintain a clean work setting and properly dispose of debris after each project

Qualifications

- Proven experience with window and door installation or related construction work
- Proficiency with hand tools, carpentry techniques, and blueprint reading
- Knowledge of schematics, construction drawings, and schematic diagrams
- Familiarity with caulking, restoration processes, construction painting, plumbing basics, welding (a plus), flooring installation, and tile laying is preferred
- Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Physical ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods during installation tasks
- Valid driver’s license is preferred for site travel purposes

Pay: $30.00-$45.00 per hour
