Bespoke Auto Gallery is looking for a motivated individual to fill a full-time Pre-owned Automotive Sales and Associate position.

We are a rapid paced family-type environment that requires someone who is driven and can handle the leads and work that will be provided.

Automotive knowledge is handy however Sales experience and customer service are mandatory.

Responsibilities:
- Negotiate pricing and terms of sale with customers
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of inventory and pricing

- Engage with customers to understand their needs and wants

- Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle for their their needs
- Collaborate with sales management to meet or exceed sales targets

- Provide information and upsell additional warranties to maximize sales

- Manage the sales pipeline to ensure timely follow-up and closure of deals





- Build and maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business

Qualifications:

- OMVIC License
- Previous experience in a sales role
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals
- Proficient in basic math calculations for pricing and discounts
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus (multilingual or bilingual)
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented individual

Pay: $36,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
