Are you a compassionate and skilled Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) with pediatric experience looking for a fulfilling chance to make a difference in the lives of individuals within the community? At The Core Home Health is currently seeking Visiting RPNs to join our dedicated team. This position offers a casual schedule and a competitive starting rate of pay at $29 per hour.

Job Summary:

As a Visiting RPN in the Community at At The Core Home Health, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional healthcare services to our clients. You will have the opportunity to provide personalized care and support to individuals in their homes, ensuring their well-being, comfort, and safety. This casual position is with one client in community 2 shifts during the week 1630-2030 and every other weekend 1230- 2030 and 1430-2030.

Responsibilities:

-Administer as per care plan for Client

- Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' health needs and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.

- Administer medications, perform wound care, and carry out other nursing procedures as prescribed by physicians.

- Monitor and document changes in clients' health conditions, including vital signs, symptoms, and progress.

- Offer emotional support and educational guidance to clients and their families concerning their healthcare requirements.

- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, such as physicians, physiotherapists, and occupational therapists,



to ensure holistic and coordinated care.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all nursing interventions and client interactions.

- Adhere to regulatory standards, policies, and procedures to ensure the delivery of high-quality care.

Requirements:

- Valid registration and good standing with the College of Nurses of your respective province.

- Graduation from an accredited Registered Practical Nursing program.

- Previous experience in providing nursing care, preferably in a community or home health setting.

- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Ability to work independently and effectively manage time and priorities.

- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

- Availability to work every other Saturday from 1230-2030 and Sunday 1430-2030, 2-3 shifts during the week 1630-2030.
