We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Mechanical Project Coordinator to lead and support our mechanical construction projects from inception to completion. Responsibilities

- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to develop detailed project plans and schedules using construction management software .
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate execution of mechanical systems.
- Coordinate procurement and delivery of materials, equipment, and resources necessary for project milestones.
- Utilize construction estimating tools to assist in budgeting, cost control, and change order management.
- Oversee daily site activities related to mechanical installations, ensuring compliance with safety standards and project specifications.
- Maintain accurate documentation of project progress, RFIs (Requests for Information), submittals, and change orders using tools like ProCore and Bluebeam.




- Monitor project timelines closely, employing time management skills to keep projects on track while addressing unforeseen issues promptly.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in construction management or as a mechanical coordinator within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and technical drawings related to mechanical systems.
- Proficiency with construction management software
- Familiarity with construction estimating processes and concepts is highly desirable.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Solid understanding of construction safety protocols and quality assurance practices.
- Effective communication skills to coordinate across multiple teams and stakeholders seamlessly.

Pay: $45,451.93-$85,524.16 per year
