Job Description

We are seeking hardworking and dependable Skilled Labourers to support civil construction projects. The ideal candidates will have experience in site preparation, material handling, and equipment operation, with a strong focus on safety and teamwork. This role is essential in ensuring smooth construction operations and maintaining project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with site preparation, including excavation, grading, and trenching.

- Load, unload, and transport construction materials.

- Operate hand and power tools, including jackhammers, saws, and compactors.

- Assist with concrete pouring, formwork, and finishing.

- Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of tools and equipment.

- Follow safety protocols and ensure a clean and hazard-free work environment.

- Support tradespeople such as carpenters, equipment operators, and pipefitters.

- Adhere to project specifications and quality standards.

Qualifications & Experience

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in civil construction or related field.

- Familiarity with construction tools, equipment,



and materials.

- Strong understanding of workplace safety regulations and best practices.

- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions.

- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to job sites.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience operating small machinery such as skid steers, mini excavators, or compactors.

- Certifications such as WHMIS, First Aid, or relevant safety training.

- Experience working with concrete, sewer, storm, water utilities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00-$34.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
