Duties

- Greet patients and visitors warmly, creating a positive first impression for everyone entering the office
- Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments using electronic scheduling systems.




- Manage multi-line phone systems to answer inquiries, direct calls, and relay messages promptly
- Collect and verify patient information, including insurance details and medical history, utilizing electronic medical records systems
- Prepare and organize patient charts, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date in the medical office software
- Light cleaning

Qualifications

- Medical Office Certification required
- No experience necessary but willing to be trained
- Practicums are welcome
