In this position, you will be a key player in supervising and managing security personnel in the field. In this position, you will be expected to deliver outstanding customer service to not only our patrons but also to any personnel you might encounter during your shift. Responsibilities:

To maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and employees by properly supervising security personnel , patrolling and monitoring premises.

General Duties:

- Protect life and property by patrolling; monitoring surveillance equipment; inspecting buildings, equipment and maintains access control.
- Respond to calls
- Prevent losses and damage by reporting irregularities; informing violators of policy and procedures and reporting the crime to police.
- Complete explicit and concise reports including observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities.
- Crime prevention by visual deterrence.




- Maintain the organization's stability and reputation by following post orders.
- Key control.
- Lock and unlocking sites.
- Radio operations.
- Risk assessments
- Inspections
- Management of security personnel
- Training security personnel
- Liaison with customer and the general public.

Skills and Qualifications:

Surveillance Skills, supervision, management, Public relations, Deals with Uncertainty, Judgment, Objectivity, Dependability, Emotional Control, Integrity, Safety Management, Professionalism, Reporting Skills, Team player, Communication skills, Good driving record, licensed in security, reliable, security experience is an asset. etc.
