What you’ll do
Event Setup
- Set up/take down event spaces (tables, chairs, sports equipment, etc.)
- Be the go-to person for clients during their event
- Help everything run smoothly from start to finish
Keeping the Space Event-Ready
- Keep areas clean, organized, and looking valuable
- Keep an eye on safety and step in if something’s off
- Flag any issues with equipment or the facility
People-Focused Work
- Chat with guests, answer questions, and solve problems
- Create a welcoming, inclusive environment for everyone
- Be the go-to person for clients during their event
- Help everything run smoothly from start to finish
What you bring
- You’re reliable and show up ready to work
- You like being around people and can communicate clearly
- You stay calm and figure things out when things get busy
- You’re organized
- You’re a team player—no “that’s not my job” energy
- Comfortable lifting and moving equipment (up to 50 lbs)
Bonus if you have:
- Experience in customer service, events, or recreation
- First Aid/CPR or Smart Choices certification (or willingness to get it)
