We’re hiring a Team Lead to support daily store operations, drive sales, and lead a small team in a rapid-paced, hands-on retail environment.

Key Duties:

- Oversee store operations: sales, receiving, safety, merchandising.
- Train, support, and motivate 5–10 team members.
- Deliver excellent customer service and uphold store standards.
- Handle opening/closing, cash, and daily paperwork.
- Set clear expectations and ensure task follow-through.

What We’re Looking For:

- Proven retail leadership experience.
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills.
- Flexible schedule — evenings and weekends required.
- Physically able to lift 30 lbs. and work in coolers/freezers.
- Team player with a positive, can-do attitude.

- Must be able to commute to 100 Sunray St. Whitby, Ontario
- Pay based on experience.
