The Cake: Full time sales income.

Eating it too: working only 3-4 days a week, with work perks, cool team culture & flexibility.

Compensation: OTE is 75K - 100K+ (Base & commission)

This sales role requires an experienced person-to-person, upselling, quick close expert (60-90 minutes consultations).

It's a big benefit, if you've had experience selling luxury, and selling to emotion (as hand painted family portraits is both prestigious and emotionally impactful). Those with upselling experience are encouraged to apply!

This role is hybrid (60% in-studio, 40% remote, on average); and looks after internal (in-studio consultations) and external (remotely virtual or on-location meetings) sales. With that, contractors for this role will need to have a working laptop they can connect to securely from home for the virtual days.

This role does require evening and weekend work- so it would be important to make sure you're comfortable working those days and times ongoingly.

This role is a contractor position with an hourly base and great commission structure for both internal and external sales - if you're a closer, with a love of quick close and consultative selling, this is the spot for you!!





This role requires grace & grit -- someone with strong empathy and interpersonal skills, being able to connect with people and their stories (clients often share personal highs and lows), as well as someone, who can tactfully upsell, handle objections, creatively problem solve in real time, and isn't afraid to help clients fall in love with more. This is heirloom artwork and clients should be encouraged to invest in thier family, as they deserve it.

This is not a role for a beginner - as much as we wish all beginners success, we are looking for experienced sales folks with strong experience (such as: photography & art sales, fitness sales, jewelry sales, gym membership sales, car sales, medspa sales, sponsorship sales, etc.)
