THE ROLE

Boom is currently hiring a Civil Project manager which will be a position based out of Crossfield.

Must have Earthworks & Demolition Experience

Key Responsibilities

- Manage construction projects from tender award to completion
- Overall project management for site crew
- Manage financial aspects of contracts, including progress billings prepared and submitted in a timely manner
- Ensure budgets and forecasts are completed on time, consistent and accurate




- Manage employee / subcontractor related documentation
- Mentor, train and monitor performance of personnel reporting directly to you
- Prepare, review and track project paperwork
- Complete and submit various internal reporting
- Update and maintain equipment related documentation
- Maintain and / or create various tracking documents
- Provide support to business development efforts with existing clients and assisting with exploring new opportunities
- Follow Boom procedures and guidelines
- Maintain a clean and orderly work environment

Requirements

- 5 + years of Project Management experience
- Thorough knowledge of heavy equipment and its functions
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced, high pressure environment
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to prioritize based on deadlines
- Able to adapt to changing environments
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, fluent in English
- Strong computer skills

Pay: $63,034.23-$150,887.99 per year
