Sphinx Medical Group is seeking an enthusiastic individual who is ready for anything. Must be detail oriented, a problem solver and a real go-getter. Time management is an important skill for this position to balance helping with MOA duties and admin tasks.
**Must have a minimum of 3 years Medical Office Experience with some form of leadership/supervisor/management role** Unfortunately due to the nature of the role, all newly graduated MOA's are unable to be considered.

The ideal candidate should have:

- Health Quest experience preferred
- Supervisor experience
- Experience assisting booking, coordinating patient care.
- A strong interest in health care and customer service
- Able to talk to patients in an understanding way while being efficient with phone calls




- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Excellent interpersonal and public relations skills
- Outstanding communication skills, both oral and written (e.g. valuable spelling, punctuation, grammar as well as spoken English)
- Must have strong organizational skills with processes to follow up on important tasks
- Must be aware of the HIA, FOIP, PIPA and PIA’s

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
