Beam & Blade Butchers is a full-service slaughter, custom processing, and retail butcher shop. We’re looking for a skilled Meat Cutter / Butcher who knows the work and takes pride in doing it right.
What You’ll Do
- Cut and portion livestock for custom and retail
- Assist with slaughter and primary breakdown
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and plant safety requirements
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and equipment
What You Bring
- Experience in slaughter, meat cutting, or custom processing
- Strong knife skills and whole-animal knowledge
- Understanding of food safety and inspection standards
- Ability to work in a physical, fast-paced environment
- Reliable, qualified, and detail-oriented
- Must be physically Fit and able to handle the daily lifting pushing etc.
Plant, custom, or retail butchery or farm butchering experience is a must.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $25.00 per hour
