Jetway Parking & Limousine is hiring a full-time Customer Service Representative for our night shift at our airport parking facility in Etobicoke.

About the role

You will be the first and last point of contact for customers using our 24/7 airport parking and limousine service - checking vehicles in and out, answering questions, and keeping the overnight operation running smoothly.

Schedule

Full-time, 80 hours per two-week pay period

Core shift: 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM

Start and end times may shift earlier or later (for example 12:00 AM to 8:00 AM, or 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM) by arrangement with the day shift team

Reliable attendance is essential in a 24/7 operation

Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers in person and by phone in a friendly, professional manner

Check vehicles in and out and provide transparent, accurate information to customers

Use our booking software and Microsoft Outlook to manage reservations, respond to messages, and keep records up to date





Coordinate with the shuttle and lot team to keep vehicle movement running smoothly

Assist with light vehicle washing and moving vehicles when needed

Support teammates with other related duties as assigned

Requirements

Valid full G driver's licence (required - you will be moving customer vehicles)

Experience parking vehicles, including confident handling of a range of vehicle types

Strong communication skills and a polite, customer-first attitude

Basic computer skills - comfortable using a PC, Microsoft Outlook, and standard Windows applications

Willingness to help with physical tasks as part of a small team

Ability to work independently overnight

Vacation pay of 4% is paid out on every paycheque in accordance with the Ontario Employment Standards Act.
