- Provide professional travel consultation and personalized travel solutions to individual, family, corporate, and travel agent clients.
- Handle domestic and international airline reservations, ticket issuance, reissuance, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds using GDS platforms (Sabre preferred; Amadeus and Galileo an asset).
- Prepare competitive travel quotations and customized itineraries based on client requirements.
- Book hotels, transportation, travel insurance, holiday packages, and other travel-related services.
- Assist clients with visa requirements, travel documentation, passports, and entry regulations.
- Apply fare construction, published and negotiated (net) fares, airline fare rules, and contract agreements to secure the best pricing while maximizing profitability.
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, tour operators, and other travel partners to ensure seamless travel arrangements.
- Respond promptly to customer and travel agent inquiries regarding reservations, itinerary planning, pricing, contracts, waivers,
and airline policies through phone, email, service desk, and in-person channels.
- Resolve booking issues, schedule changes, ticketing discrepancies, and customer complaints in a qualified and timely manner.
- Promote and sell travel products and services to achieve sales targets while maximizing supplier utilization.
- Maintain accurate booking records, travel documentation, and quality control processes in accordance with company standards.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of airline contracts, preferred suppliers, fare rules, travel regulations, visa requirements, and industry trends.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, travel partners, and suppliers through exceptional customer service.
- Access to a reliable personal vehicle is mandatory
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
Experience:
- Travel Consultancy: 5 years (preferred)
