Job Summary
We’re looking for a Barista team member who is enthusiastic, kind, and passionate about creating genuine experiences for our customers. You’ll work closely with our small team to prepare coffee, package desserts, assist with orders and pickups, and help us deliver warm, thoughtful service every day.
Responsibilities
- Prepare espresso and brewed beverages with consistency and care
- Plate desserts and package cakes for pickup and dine-in orders
- Maintaining regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
- Utilize POS systems efficiently to process orders and manage payments.
- Communicate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service
- Greet customers warmly and provide assistance with their inquiries or orders.
- Contributing to a positive team environment
Qualifications
- Previous café, bakery experience is required
- Barista experience or knowledge of food preparation and serving techniques is a plus.
- Must be energetic with a passion for food and a positive attitude.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Available to work weekends or morning, evenings as needed
