Job Title: Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher

Pay: CA$20.00 – CA$25.00 per hour

Location: In person – Vernon, BC

Ideal candidate will have:

- Strong verbal communication skills. Candidates must be fluent in English. Communication clarity will be assessed during the interview process.
- Strong customer service mindset and communication skills
- Ability to resolve conflict and solve problems calmly under pressure
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Willingness to be taught and the ability to learn new software/systems




- Ability to multitask effectively while staying organized and positive
- A team-oriented approach with a competitive drive to deliver great results

Key Responsibilities:

- Answer incoming calls and respond to emails
- Update customers via phone and text throughout the day
- Dispatch technicians efficiently
- Handle administrative tasks and support the operations team
