Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking menu items with precision, maintaining high standards of food safety, and delivering exceptional service to our guests. Duties

- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and quality standards
- Assist in food preparation, including chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients
- Ensure all food handling procedures comply with safety and sanitation regulations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen station throughout shifts
- Serve food promptly and accurately to ensure guest satisfaction
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations




- Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs for restocking ingredients and supplies
- Follow all health and safety guidelines to uphold food safety standards

Qualifications

- Prior experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environment preferred
- Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food handling safety protocols
- Strong understanding of the food industry standards for cleanliness and safety
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends or holidays if needed

Pay: $16.00-$25.00 per hour
