Warrington PCI Management is hiring a Resident Relief Manager to support our residential towers in Vancouver. This is a part-time weekend role (3 days/week).
Schedule: Saturday, Sunday
Stat holidays on these days are regular workdays.
What You’ll Do
- Support tenants and handle inquiries on weekends
- Show suites and assist with leasing activities
- Help with move-ins/move-outs and basic admin tasks
- Keep common areas and vacant units clean and maintained
- Complete light maintenance and coordinate trades
- Monitor building safety and respond to issues
What You Bring
- 2+ years in property management, building operations, or housekeeping
- Knowledge of the BC Residential Tenancy Act
- Robust customer service and communication skills
- Comfortable with basic maintenance and physical tasks (up to 50 lbs)
- Available to work weekends and holidays
No on-site living required.
