Maxxam Insurance Services is looking for an experienced Auto Insurance Agent with a passion for leading, training, and compliance. As our Maxxam Group continues to grow, we are looking for a driven motivated individual to join our team.

We are also looking to hire an experienced Auto Insurance Call Centre Agent

We will provide you with training, mentorship and all the tools you need to possess a successful career. This is a full-time, in-office role that offers an excellent opportunity to grow your career in the insurance industry while providing exceptional service to our clients. In addition to hourly wage, commissions are also paid.

The Ideal Candidate:

- Level 1 required, level 2 license preferred
- Has extensive experience with ICBC Autoplan, Fleet management, and Garage Policies
- Highly self-motivated individual with the ability to problem-solve
- Ability to contribute to a team with confidence and patience
- Experience with training and developing new employees
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbally

Qualifications:

- Insurance Broker Level One License Required
- Drivers License Required
- Fundamentals, and/or CAIB1, CAIB2,CAIB3 License
- Strong customer service skills and ability to build authentic customer relationships
- Flexibility on job duties as necessary
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting

Pay: $60,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
