Overview
Midwest Protection Group is currently seeking motivated, reliable, and qualified individuals to join our ranks as Tactical Static Security Agents. This front-line role is crucial in maintaining the safety and security of our clients, staff, and the public. Duties
- Monitor CCTV systems to observe activity and identify potential threats or suspicious behavior.
- Conduct routine patrols to deter unauthorized access and ensure safety procedures are followed.
- Manage access control by monitoring entry points and signing in all individuals entering and exiting the site.
- Escort customers when required.
- Respond promptly to incidents, alarms, and emergencies, including coordinating with law enforcement when required.
- Maintain accurate and detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and observations.
- Enforce site policies and procedures to ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Provide support to staff as requested,
assisting with operations while maintaining a professional presence.
- Perform Arrests when required.
Experience
- Prior experience in law enforcement, security, or related fields is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with surveillance systems and CCTV operation is highly desirable
- Knowledge of loss prevention techniques and security best practices is advantageous
- Strong observational skills with the ability to remain alert during shifts
- Excellent communication skills for effective reporting and interaction with team members and the public
- Ability to respond calmly and efficiently in high-pressure situations
