Career Pathway

We are looking for a stylist to work either part time.

Shifts are: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and every other Wednesday

We have designed a level system that takes you step by step of your career. Each level has distinct Key Performance Indicators (aka Time booked, Pre-bookings, Retention ect). For every level that you move up, you receive different bonuses/ Education incentives. Taking you from $60 a cut to $140 a cut.

We offer continuing education through L’Oreal Qualified. We are a Green Circle Salon, carry Kerestase and L’Oreal Pro products and use L’Oreal Colour.

Vibe and tribe

We value group bonding, time off and taking care of our health.

We have two staff parties a year ( Summer and Winter ) and we dress up for Halloween with a group costume. Last year it was Decades. :)

We have extended Health and Dental benefits to all full time employees that the salon pays for in full.

We are closed on stats and closed from 3pm on the last Saturday before Christmas and re-open after New Year's Day. For 2025 it was Dec 20th-Jan 5th, no need to ask for the holidays off!

One year of experience outside of hair school required.

Must hold a current, valid License/Certification issued by the school in which you graduated or a Provincial licence to practice such services.
