We’re looking for a Sales Manager who’s ready to lead by example, coach with intention, and support a high-performing team in delivering results that go beyond the numbers.

What You’ll Do

- Lead, motivate, and mentor a dynamic Sales team
- Monitor performance metrics and coach for continuous improvement
- Work closely with F&I;, Service, and Parts to support seamless operations
- Deliver on both short-term goals and long-term team development

What You Bring

- Previous automotive sales leadership experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills




- Ability to lead by example and inspire results
- Strategic mindset and a hands-on approach
