Overview

We are seeking a friendly, professional Banquet Server to join our team and provide exceptional guest services during events and functions. The ideal candidate will have experience in the food industry, hospitality, or restaurant settings, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, delivering memorable experiences to our guests while showcasing excellent food handling and service skills. Previous hotel or food service experience is a plus, along with knowledge of food safety standards.

Duties

- Serve food and beverages to guests in a courteous and timely manner during banquets, events, and functions
- Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications, including table arrangements and service stations
- Assist with food preparation and presentation as needed, ensuring high standards of quality and safety
- Clear tables promptly and efficiently while maintaining cleanliness throughout the event
- Replenish supplies such as silverware, glassware, and linens to ensure smooth service flow




- Address guest inquiries professionally and resolve any issues promptly to enhance guest satisfaction
- Follow all food safety protocols and hygiene standards during service and food handling
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and event coordinators to ensure seamless event execution

Requirements

- Previous experience in restaurant, food service, or hospitality environments preferred
- Strong guest service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety regulations
- Ability to serve multiple tables efficiently in a quick-paced setting
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or during special events as needed
- Ability to stand for extended periods and carry trays or dishes as required
- Prior hotel or banquet experience is advantageous
