Job Overview

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Fulfillment Coordinator to support our underwriting team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and managing mortgage files, ensuring all required documentation is complete, and helping move deals efficiently from submission to approval.

Key Responsibilities

- Review and prepare mortgage files before submission to underwriting
- Collect, organize, and verify required documents (income, credit, IDs, appraisals, etc.)
- Ensure files meet lender and compliance requirements
- Submit and upload documents through lender portals (e.g., Velocity)
- Follow up on outstanding conditions and missing documents
- Track file progress and ensure timelines are met
- Communicate with brokers, clients, and lenders for updates and requirements
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems

Qualifications

- Experience in mortgage processing, fulfillment, or underwriting support is an asset




- Robust attention to detail and organization skills
- Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with CRM or mortgage systems (Velocity, Filogix, etc.) is a plus

Preferred Skills

- Understanding of mortgage documents (NOA, T4s, pay stubs, bank statements)
- Familiarity with lender submission processes
- Ability to identify missing or incomplete documentation proactively
- Solid problem-solving mindset
