Project Manager - Investments:
On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Project Manager - Investments for a 3-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Project Manager - Investments - Job Description:
The Project Manager will lead an OFI (Other Financial Institutions) money transfer project within the investment domain. This initiative involves managing project execution and overcoming impediments to ensure smooth delivery. The role requires close collaboration with various teams to achieve end-to-end project delivery.

Project Manager - Investments - Responsibilities:

- Track projects through each phase of the project lifecycle
- Work with all dependent teams and prepare execution plans
- Ensure milestones are met and projects have gone through all approval gates
- Document project status and assist in maintaining information repositories
- Maintain project risk tracker and communicate risks to management
- Prepare work back schedules, roadmap, and capacity planning at a project level
- Support app releases and rollout-related activities
- Engage stakeholders for consultation throughout the project





Project Manager - Investments - Mandatory Skills:

- 10 years of experience as an IT Project Manager
- Robust knowledge of Agile methodology, ideally with Certified Scrum Master certification (CSM/PSM)
- Expert knowledge of project management practices, tools, and methodologies
- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Hands-on experience with Agile tools such as JIRA and Confluence

Project Manager - Investments – Nice-to-Have Skills:

- PMP certification
- Experience supporting Top 5 banks
- Experience with web and mobile development
- Experience with API development
- Experience with application decommissioning

Project Manager - Investments – Assignment Length:
This is a contract position until October 31, with a possibility of extension.
