Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization within residential settings, ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment for clients. This role offers an opportunity to develop strong hospitality and customer service skills while contributing to a positive living experience for our clients. Responsibilities

- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas
- Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing clothing and linens
- Maintain cleanliness of all surfaces, floors, windows, and fixtures using appropriate cleaning supplies and techniques
- Organize and restock supplies as needed to ensure smooth daily operations
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client requests professionally and courteously
- Manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks within scheduled periods
- Assist with meal preparation or light cooking if required,



adhering to client preferences
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific needs and preferences
- Uphold safety standards and proper handling of cleaning products and equipment

Skills

- Proficiency in English; knowledge of French/Spanish is a plus
- Strong cleaning skills with experience in residential cleaning environments
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Effective time management abilities to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Ability to handle laundry tasks accurately and promptly
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills to ensure client satisfaction
- Knowledge of hospitality standards and practices is advantageous
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining professionalism
- Flexibility to adapt to different client needs and household routines

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Casual, Seasonal
Contract length: 10 months

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 – 44 per week
