We’re Growing & Hiring 2 Kennel Attendants
As Wag continues to grow, we’re looking for another Kennel Attendant to join our team! Our goal is to maintain safe staff-to-dog ratios while providing exceptional care for every pup.

What you need to know:
-Permanent, year-round position (not seasonal)
-8-hour shifts between 7 AM–6 PM and evening shifts 5/7 PM–10 PM
-Must be available during school hours. We’re happy to work around university class schedules within reason.
-Available weekends and holidays

We’re looking for someone who:
-Has experience working with dogs
-Is comfortable handling dogs of all sizes and safely assisting with dog altercations if needed
-Is reliable, hardworking, and thrives in a rapid-paced environment
**Real talk: This isn’t a job where you’ll cuddle dogs all day (although that’s definitely a perk!). Wag is known for being an exceptionally clean facility, so cleaning and caring for the dogs go hand in hand.

As part of our hiring process, selected applicants will complete a 1-hour working interview to ensure it’s a great fit for everyone.

Think you’re the right fit? Send us your resume and a brief introduction to [email protected]—we’d love to meet you!

-comfortable around all breeds and sizes of dogs
-reporting and administering medication

-responding to and following additional/medical needs amongst the dogs (ex. Seizures, hearing impaired, blind, anxiety, allergies, etc)- this will be taught!
-using POS system and having exceptional customer service
-you will be working with another employee most of the time so English communication skills are essential for safety reasons
-must be open to working alone on quieter days/nights (our ratios are typical 1:15 depending on needs)
This job is NOT sitting on the couch petting dogs all day-We rarely are sitting down!
Must be willing to do 5 online courses on canine first aid, reading canine first aid, customer service, adding a new dog and group management (we pay for this, but it is done on personal time with a completion bonus)
