**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a Front of House Server to join our team. As a Front of House Server/Cashier, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive experience.

**Duties:**





- Greet customers as they enter the establishment

- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system to process transactions accurately

- Build and Assemble menu items (rice bowls) according to the order receipt/chit

- Assist customers with inquiries and provide information about menu & menu items

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front end area

- Restocking inventory, inventory management etc

- Responsible for opening and closing the store with management

- Handle card transactions with precision

- Upsell additional menu items to customers

- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure orders are accurate and timely

**Skills:**

- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure

- Experience in a restaurant or food service setting is preferred

- Proficiency in basic math for handling transactions and calculating change

- Knowledge of food preparation and food safety standards

- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members
